Apricot chicken is a perfect elegant chicken recipe. This is made using apricot puree to cook the chicken and so the taste of apricot is sealed in and it smells absolutely amazing. Let’s have a look how are we going to prepare this recipe.
What you need
170 gm. Boneless chicken
¼ cup Apricot preserved
¼ cup White wine or White vinegar
1 tbsp. white paper
1 medium onion (sliced)
7 clove garlic chopped
How to make
Cut the chicken into strips and sauté in a pan using olive oil until it cooks.
After cooking the chicken remove it from the pan. To keep it warm keep it in a separate dish.
Take a frying pan, place the garlic and onion in it and fry till golden brown. Add the apricots, white paper and simmer for three minutes. Add the chicken to this mixture and simmer for two – three minutes or until the chicken is cooked properly.
This is a quick to make food and goes well with chapatti or rice.
