1 cup all purpose flower
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup granulated coconut
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

How To Make Coconut Cup Cakes
In a blender blend all the ingredients together. That’s the best part about making cup cakes, you don’t need to mix ingredients at different stages. Just blend the mixture until there are no lumps.
If you find the batter too hard, then add 2 tablespoons of warm water to it and mix well.
Pour the batter into cup cakes mold and put it in a preheated oven at 180* C for about 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool and once they are cooled, sprinkle little icing sugar on top to decorate. Your coconut cup cakes are ready. Serve it as it is.
