In this recipe I will use condensed milk in place of eggs to make my eggless vanilla sponge cake. Let’s see how to make eggless vanila cake at home.
1 1/4 cups plain all purpose flour
3/4 cup condensed milk( you can use milkmaid)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp meted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
How To Make Eggless Vanilla Cake
Sieve flour, baking powder and soda and keep aside. In a deep bowl, mix butter, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
Now mix together the flour and the mixture well. You can add some water if needed. Keep it in a 180* C pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cake leaves its sides. Let it cool.
Your easy and homemade eggless cake is ready to serve.
