What You Need
1 Pound potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon chopped rosemary
1 Tablespoon chopped thyme
How To Make
Preheat the oven at 400°F. Toss the potatoes with oil, thyme and rosemary . Add some salt and pepper to it and spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake them well for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp outer skin.
Serve this low calorie herb roasted potatoes hot as a starter or a brunch.
