Low Calorie Herb Roasted Potatoes


baked potatoWe often neglect calories over taste. What if we get great taste complemented by low calorie food. Sounds amazing, isn’t it? Here is a delicious dish made of herbs and baked potatoes which is easy to make and low on caloric value.

What You Need

1 Pound potatoes  cut into 1 inch chunks

2 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon chopped rosemary

1 Tablespoon chopped thyme



How To Make

Preheat the oven at 400°F. Toss the potatoes with oil, thyme and rosemary . Add some salt and pepper to it and spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake them well for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp outer skin.

Serve this low calorie herb roasted potatoes hot as a starter or a brunch.
