Ingredients we need for Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped fruits( you can literally use any fruit from your kitchen)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup curd
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 4-5 ice cubes

How to make mixed fruit smoothie

Mixed fruit smoothie is extremely simple to make.

1. Take a blender and blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

2. Serve chilled in two glasses and enjoy.

Yes its that simple !!!

Best fruits according to me in a mixed fruit smoothie are banana, kiwi, apple, papaya, mango, strawberry or  blueberry.

I really enjoy having this as an afternoon brunch or sometimes as dinner as well…Have it as you like and re-energize yourself with this delicious mixed fruit smoothie.
