What You Need
1/3 cup melted butter
1 ½ chocolate crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup cream
1 ounce chocolate syrup
1 table spoon icing sugar
Chocolate crumbs for topping
How To Make
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the crumbs and sugar.
Take another pie pan and pour the mixture in the bottom. Bake at 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Keep it to cool.
In a small bowl mix the cream and sugar and add sugar syrup .Pour the filling into the crust and sprinkle remaining chocolate crust, then freeze.
Remove from the freezer 10 to15 minutes before serving. Add extra whipped cream on top of the pie and chocolate for garnishing.
Your simple chocolate mousse pie is ready.
