How To Make Salad

1 cup whole wheat  {soaked over night}

½ cup soy bean{soaked overnight}

½ cup fenugreek seed

1 onion and one tomato finely chopped

1 small chopped cucumber

1 cup spring onion finely chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp sugar

¼ tsp white pepper

1 tsp olive oil

For Garnishing The Salad

2-3 fresh mint leaves

I tsp chopped coriander

2 sliced olives

4 to5 finely chopped garlic flakes

How To Make Soybean and Wheat Salad

Pressure cook both soy and wheat till they are tender cooked. It may take 5-6 whistles. Drain out the water and allow it to cool.

In a bowl mix onion, tomato , cucumber, and pour olive oil and add lemon juice, honey, salt , pepper and sugar. Shake well till all ingredients are well mixed.

Garnish the salad with fresh mint , chopped coriander and sliced olives.

Your delicious soy and wheat salad is ready to serve.
